If you are using a modem you will most likely want to use the Quick Start Option. This option will copy some of the Web-4M software to your computer so that it will start faster the next time you use it. The first time you use Web-4M can take up to 15 minutes to download the software (on a bad day with at 28.8 kilo baud modem), 8 minutes is typical. Subsequent downloads take 20 to 30 seconds with a 28.8 kilo baud modem. Note however that this options requires that you trust JDH Technologies (the company that created Web-4M). If you are not sure if you trust them to provide virus free software, use the standard download.
