Joined faculty at FSU in 1985. Research interest is in experimental particle physics; for the last 10 years, has been a member of the D0 experiment which studies proton-antiproton collisions at the Tevatron accelerator at Fermi National Laboratory, with the aim of performing tests of the Standard Model, study the properties of the top quark, and search for new phenomena.
